01

Agreeing to these terms

These terms govern your use of AgreeOps, including our website, the platform and the client portal. By creating an account or using AgreeOps, you agree to them.

If you use AgreeOps on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.

02

The service

AgreeOps is an agreement operations platform. It helps teams create, negotiate, approve, sign, track and get paid for agreements with their clients.

AgreeOps is in early access. Features may change, and we may add, remove or improve parts of the service as it develops.

03

Accounts and workspaces

  • You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and admins manage members, roles and workspace settings.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract, and AgreeOps is intended for business use.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

04

Free trial

New workspaces can try AgreeOps free for 3 days, with up to 2 agreements. Trial limits may change over time.

When the trial ends, you may need to choose a paid plan to keep creating agreements. We will tell you about pricing before you are charged.

05

Your content

You keep ownership of the agreements, documents, client information and other content you add to AgreeOps.

You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the service for you and the people you share it with. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

You are responsible for your content, and for having the right to add it and to share it with your clients through AgreeOps.

06

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use AgreeOps for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive.
  • Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to access another workspace's data or bypass access controls.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or overload the service, or introduce malware.
  • Resell or provide access to AgreeOps to third parties, except as the product intends, such as inviting your team and clients.

To report a security issue responsibly, see our Security page.

07

AI and e-signature

AgreeOps is a software tool. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. AI features can draft and analyse agreements, but their output can contain mistakes. Please have qualified professionals review important agreements before you rely on them.

Electronic signature features are provided through third-party providers. Whether an electronic signature is legally valid depends on the agreement and on the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for checking that it meets your needs.

08

Payments

AgreeOps helps workspaces track and collect milestone payments using the payment providers they connect. AgreeOps is not a party to the agreement or the payment between a workspace and its clients.

Payment providers have their own terms, which apply to payments made through them. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for the credentials they add and for the accuracy of the payment details they set up.

09

Third-party services

AgreeOps works with third-party services, for example for hosting, email, AI, e-signature and payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

10

Availability and changes

We work to keep AgreeOps available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control can cause downtime.

We may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that significantly affects you, we will try to give you reasonable notice.

11

Intellectual property

AgreeOps, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it. You may use the service as described in these terms.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve AgreeOps without obligation to you.

12

Termination

You can stop using AgreeOps at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and workspace data by emailing nihal@causly.in.

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, put the service or other users at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.

13

Disclaimers

AgreeOps is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, that agreements created in AgreeOps are legally enforceable, or that any payment or signature will be completed.

14

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, AgreeOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for AgreeOps in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AgreeOps evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clearly visible. Continuing to use AgreeOps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
