From the founder
I’m Nihal, an independent software founder and product builder focused on solving the operational problems that growing businesses face.
I’ve spent the last few years building products across AI, automation, data, and business infrastructure. While working on these products, I kept seeing the same problem: agreements are created, negotiated, signed, renewed, and paid for across disconnected tools — leaving teams to manage critical work manually.
That led me to build AgreeOps — an Agreement Operations platform designed to bring the entire agreement lifecycle into one place.
My approach to building products is simple: start with a real problem, build the smallest useful solution, listen closely to users, and improve relentlessly.
AgreeOps is being built with a long-term goal: make agreement management as simple and operationally powerful as the rest of a modern business stack.
